If any of this sounds familiar

You already know the argument by heart. That is the problem.

Most relationship advice explains what the other person should do differently. That works right up until they don’t — and then you are holding a strategy that needs their cooperation to run.

This series starts somewhere less satisfying and far more useful: the part of the pattern that moves when you move.

  • The same disagreement, in different clothes, every few weeks
  • Saying yes on Monday and resenting it by Thursday
  • Rehearsing a conversation you never actually have
  • Their mood setting the temperature of your whole day
  • Knowing exactly what you want to say, and saying something else

How it works

Three steps. No account, no app.

Pick a package, pay once, and the books are yours to keep — on any device, in either language.

  1. Choose a package

One book to start, the five in order, or everything with the working material. Prices in your currency.

  2. Pay once, download instantly

Card, PayPal or local methods. The files and a receipt land in your inbox the moment the payment clears.

  3. Read in order, work on paper

Thirty to forty pages a book, with worksheets to print. Start anywhere; the order is there when you want it.

The path

Five steps, and the order matters

Each book is a rung. You can start anywhere, but they were built to be climbed — awareness first, because a pattern you cannot see is a pattern you cannot move.

  1. Step 01

    Awareness

    The Map of Your Relationship

You can feel that something repeats, but not what it is. This draws the shape of it.

  2. Step 02

    Self-worth

    Boundaries Without Guilt

A boundary is a statement about what you will do — not a demand about what someone else must do.

  3. Step 03

    Communication

    The Language of Needs

The same sentence, said two ways: one comes back at you, the other goes somewhere.

  4. Step 04

    Steadiness

    Calm From the Inside

There is a gap between what happens and what you do next. It is yours, and it can be widened.

  5. Step 05

    The decision

    What Now

Two honest tracks, weighted the same. Nothing here decides for you.

The five guides

Each book does one job

Thirty to forty pages each. Long enough to change how you see the thing, short enough to finish.

What you actually get

Books to work in, not to skim

Every guide carries exercises, printable worksheets and diagrams. What follows are the actual pages, taken from the books — not mock-ups.

Worksheets that print

A4 and US Letter as separate files, sized for real handwriting, with rules light enough to write over.

Scripts you can say out loud

Written in spoken English, not workshop language. Forty of them, plus twenty inside the guides.

Diagrams that stay with you

One idea per page. The loop, the three rings, the gap — shapes you can recall mid-argument.

Adult tone, no shame

No diagnosis, no labels for your partner, no timelines. Crisis resources where they belong.

Who writes this

Alex

Alex is the voice this series is written in: a stoic one, two thousand years old and unusually practical. Separate what is yours from what is not, then act only on the first. Everything here follows from that.

No guru register, no research dressed up as authority, no promises about another adult’s behaviour. Plain writing from one grown-up to another — and where a subject needs a professional rather than a book, the book says so and points you there.

Not therapy

No diagnosis, no labels for your partner, no treatment. If you need care, these books say so plainly and tell you where to look.

No promises about outcomes

Half of a relationship is another adult making their own choices. Anyone who guarantees you a result is selling something other than honesty.

Only your side of the line

Every exercise is a move you can make alone, tonight, without their agreement and without their knowledge.

Before you buy

Straight answers

PDF files, downloaded the moment payment clears, plus the same links by email. They read well on a phone, a tablet or a laptop. Worksheets come as separate A4 and US Letter files so they print properly at home rather than being scaled and cropped.

No. It is educational material for self-reflection and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. There is no diagnosis in it and no label for anybody. Where a subject genuinely needs a professional — abuse, coercive control, thoughts of self-harm — the books say so and point to services rather than offering advice.

Nobody can honestly promise that, because half of a relationship is another adult making their own choices. What these books do is make your half clear and give you something specific to do about it. That is a smaller claim, and it is one that survives contact with reality.

No, but they were built as a sequence and it shows. Awareness comes first because a pattern you cannot see is a pattern you cannot move. If you only ever read one, read the first.

That is the normal case and the series assumes it throughout. Every exercise works alone, tonight, without their agreement and without their knowledge. Nothing in here requires you to get them to do anything.

Each guide is thirty to forty pages — an evening to read, longer to work through. The thirty-day workbook in the full package asks for ten to fifteen minutes a day, and its own stated target is not thirty days out of thirty but never missing two in a row.

Yes. Within 14 days, no reason needed and no explanation asked for. The details are on the refunds page, in plain language.

If there is violence, intimidation or coercive control in your relationship, this is the wrong tool and the books say so on their second page. That situation needs people, not paper — the resources are further down this page.

Contact

Write to a person

Purchases, refunds, files that will not open, or a question about whether this series is the right thing for you. Replies usually take a working day.

Stay in touch

One email when a new guide is out

Two or three times a year at most. Nothing else is ever sent to this list — no offers, no launches for other things, no reminders that you looked and did not buy.

If things are not safe

These are books about ordinary relationship patterns. If there is violence, intimidation or coercive control, that is a different situation and it needs different help — not a book.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number now — 112 across the EU and from mobile phones in many other countries, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia.

For confidential support with abuse or coercive control, nomoredirectory.org lists services in more than 200 countries, for all genders. Pressing Esc on that site replaces the page immediately — worth knowing before you open it.

If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, findahelpline.com finds free, verified helplines wherever you are, and lets you filter for text and chat as well as phone.

If your phone or computer might be checked, use a device the other person doesn't have access to.
